Day-by-day program
Day 1
Arrive in Moscow at any time: private minivan meet-and-transfer, check-in around 14:00. Around 17:00 Izmailovo Kremlin (souvenirs, wooden towers), halal dinner around 19:30. Timings are approximate — matched to your flight.
Day 2
Around 09:30 Red Square and the Kremlin, Armoury Chamber (~3 h). Halal lunch around 13:30. Around 16:00 Moscow City, 89th-floor viewing deck. Back for dinner around 19:30.
Day 3
Around 10:00 the Tretyakov on the family track (~2.5 h), Gorky Park around 13:00. Evening Sapsan around 19:00 — business class included, flexible tickets (reference $70–120 if rescheduled). Arrive SPb around 23:00, transfer to hotel.
Day 4
Late breakfast after the evening arrival. Around 14:00 a Nevsky walk: Kazan Cathedral, Dom Knigi, Singer. Prayer pauses along the route. Halal dinner around 19:00.
Day 5
Around 09:30 the Hermitage skip-the-line (~3 h, family masterpieces route). Lunch around 13:30. Around 16:00 the Fabergé Museum in Shuvalov Palace. Evening free.
Day 6
Around 09:30 drive to Peterhof (~1 h): Grand Palace and Lower Park, fountains (~3–4 h). Lunch around 13:30. Return by hydrofoil around 17:00 (in rough water, minivan at no extra cost).
Day 7
Around 09:30 Tsarskoye Selo: Catherine Palace and the Amber Room. Lunch around 13:30. Around 16:00 Yusupov Palace. Evening river-and-canal cruise around 20:00.
Day 8
Morning Sapsan around 10:00 to Petrozavodsk (~5 h). Arrive around 15:30, check-in. Onega waterfront walk: open-air sculptures. Dinner around 19:00. A plan B for train delays is agreed in advance.
Day 9
Around 08:30 the Meteor to Kizhi (~1 h 15 min each way). Kizhi Island (UNESCO): wooden architecture (~4 h). Halal fish lunch. Return around 16:30. In a storm, a shore programme and museum.
Day 10
Breakfast around 09:00, late checkout and packing. Transfer to Pulkovo with at least a 3-hour buffer — we plan connections ahead. Your host stays in touch on WhatsApp until departure.
